Personal Training Sessions

Individual: One-on-one with Nicole (sessions are 1 hour long)

Partner: You, a friend/spouse and Nicole (sessions are 1 hour long)

Getting Started:  Before you begin your training with Nicole, she will perform various movement screens on you to see where you may have certain flexibility and strength issues. At this time you will also discuss your health and medical history, your goals, and take your initial measurements (optional). With this information Nicole decides where to begin personalizing your workouts and how you will advance from session to session.

“Nicole made training more enjoyable than I ever thought it could be. Within a short amount of time I began to see results and had noticeably increased my self-confidence and self-esteem. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.” Heidi, Chicago IL
