SIT UP STRAIGHT!

Quick fix to help alleviate some of that neck tension and lower back pain:

Sit tall, with your shoulders squeezing back together and press them down towards the floor at the same time. Make sure to keep your head positioned so that your ears are somewhat over your shoulders. Your chin should be tucked in and not jutting out. This will help with the neck pain.

For lower back pain minimize the sway in the lumbar (lower) spine. Use your transverse abdominals (deep muscles responsible for stability and posture) and tilt your pelvis so that the lower spine is more flat than before.
